Please note: we will not sell or use your contact information for any purpose other than to discuss or confirm your free estimate request.

1. the free estimate request is not a guarantee of flooring installation services.

2. estimates are subject to: (i) your location and availability, and (ii) the availability of the fitter on the day.

3. we require at least 72 hours notice in order to schedule your free estimate (not including bank holidays and weekends).

4. M.D. Carpets (UK) Ltd. reserves the right not to offer a free estimate service, and does not have to give a reason.

5. your free estimate booking may change at short notice, is offered at the company's sole discretion, and M.D. Carpets (UK) Ltd. cannot accept any liability whatsoever for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
